Would You Say This House is Indoors or Outdoors?

There’s not many places in the world where this type of architecture would make sense, but in sunny California, where rain is pretty much non-existent, why not walk on the fence between an indoor and outdoor home?

The pool area has an amazing bar and kitchen area, which although outdoors, can be semi-enclosed to create a true indoor dining experience as well.
